BOEING BUILDING
101 (TEMPERED AIR): Corrigan Company's task was to install a system that maintained a target temperature of 78 degrees for the production assembly building where components of jet fighters and transport air crafts are assembled. We not only installed a new heating and cooling system with a new chilled water and air distribution system, but also made modifications and additions to the existing heating water distribution system. This was a difficult installation because we were operating over an active production line. Safety was key and precision installation was the only way to get the job done without interruption to our customers production. For our effort on this job, Corrigan Company won the Associated General Contractor's Keystone Award for Project of the Year. Excellent management, a knowledgeable workforce and precise coordination is how we accomplished this difficult project..it's our approach to EVERY project!

WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE - BIOMEDICAL
RESEARCH BUILDING: This facility (11 stories and 700,000 square feet) was the largest building ever constructed on the campus of Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Corrigan Company's job was installing the entire HVAC system, 5,500 tons of chillers, 6,500 tons of cooling towers, air handling units capable of delivering over 400,000 CFM, steam lines, pumps and the RO system water for this facility. We also installed a fuel/oil piping delivery and storage system for emergency backup power and the Medical Gas/Medical Equipment Piping. Our Fab Shop was very busy fabricating all of the piping required for the massive project. Our Sister Company, Lyon Sheet Metal, installed the entire duct system and large exhaust plenum. Washington University has relied on Corrigan Company for many years. We're honored to have them as a repeat customer and proud of our part in the construction of their beautiful new Biomedical Research Building.

DAIMLER CHRYSLER CORPORATION: Corrigan Company was contracted to design and build the cooling system for Chrysler's North and South Plants. It was the largest air conditioning systems ever constructed in this area. The mammoth project was a 36,000 ton cooling system that delivered tempered air to over 3 million square feet. We installed chillers, pumps, strainers, cooling towers and other major equipment as well as 86 (5 piece) roof top handling units over a year period. Corrigan has completed numerous other projects for Chrysler for decades. Our craftsmanship and piping systems are seen throughout the entire plant.
We have installed the HVAC systems for many of the buildings that you see downtown today.
