Corrigan Company Mechanical Contractors (as a subsidiary of Corrigan Brothers, Inc.) has developed a comprehensive quality management system as part of the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001 certification process. This effort has been driven by Corrigan’s motivation to provide quality mechanical systems to its customers using the best possible resources.
From Estimating through Project Close-Out, various functional teams within Corrigan Company have developed the detailed procedures and steps which ensure that a quality product will be provided to the customer. In addition, we have developed a set of Quality
System Procedures which place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and allow for continual improvement of our quality management system. Corrigan’s top management believes that this quality management system will enable the business to be run more consistently and efficiently and therefore stands behind it 100%. As of July, 2003, Corrigan Company has been certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard for Quality Management Systems. The effort that was put forth in order to achieve this certification shows our commitment to not only meeting, but consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations.
