One of the advantages of working with Corrigan is our fabrication operation – the largest of its kind in St. Louis. Our investment in fabrication has yielded greater efficiency, the highest quality craftsmanship and lower cost for our customers than job-site assemblies. Our facility has the capabilities of fabricating and assembling piping modules and other sub-assemblies, including:

High Purity Fabrication
Corrigan diligently follows a set of standard operating procedures for high purity fabrication and installation that includes qualified welding procedures by certified welders. Our fabrication facility includes state-of-the-art cGMP standard high purity orbital welding stations with high purity cryogenic argon and a clean dedicated power supply. Our clients can access full documentation of our high purity fabrication operation including:
- Welding procedures
- Welder certifications
- Daily weld logs
- Purge gas certifications
- Pressure test reports
- Material inspection reports
- Passivation/cleaning reports
- Isometric drawings/weld maps
Our quality assurance provides a fully documented Validation Turnover Package integral to high purity system trace-ability. Our highly experienced pipefitters have been trained and certified to all relevant codes and nationally recognized standards.
