Lambert St. Louis Airport Jet Fuel Lines and Tank Farm

Our Scope of work included the purchase of all piping, valves and fittings made in the USA.  In addition, excavation around the gates and terminals was very extensive requiring airport operations to remain fully functional at all times.  The project was completed safely, on-time and on budget.

The Lambert St. Louis International Airport facilities upgrade included under-ground jet fuel piping at Terminals 1 and 2. Corrigan was awarded the contract to furnish and install approximately 1000 feet of new 16” Carbon Steel jet fuel piping.  Our Scope of work included the purchase of all piping, valves and fittings made in the USA.  In addition, excavation around the gates and terminals was very extensive requiring airport operations to remain fully functional at all times.  The project was completed safely, on-time and on budget.

Phase II of this project required us to furnish and install all pipes, valves, fittings and equipment for a new 3-million gallon jet fuel tank storage facility.  In addition, we constructed 2-mile long, 16-inch transfer line from the storage facility back to gates at the East and Main Terminals.

  • Fabricated and installed over 2 miles of 16” carbon steel jet fuel line which was coated both inside and out
  • All work was done while the airport was fully operational
  • Project was completed on time / on schedule
